1. Go to the App Store and Download the Liquid Cash App on your iOS, Android, Windows and Linux devices
2. Once Download is complete, create your account
3. Confirm your email then login, you are all set

We appreciate users being careful with their personal information and avoiding emails that may seem suspicious. In this case, identity verification is a necessary process that ensures a person’s identity matches the one that is supposed to be.

Liquid Cash users are asked to verify your identity as part of compliance with government regulations. Anyone who does not take part in the identity verification process will not be able to load funds into the app. Only a government issued identification is accepted.

1. Login and click Load LC button
2. Choose a load option; Card, Bank or LC Load Card
3. Enter Amount you want to convert to LC Credits
4. Enter your LC PIN then click Buy LC button.

4. Once info is uploaded Liquid Cash will review the account
5. If the details match your account will be approved and you are all set to Load

2. Tap SEND LC to FRIEND
3. Enter AMOUNT, then Enter your Liquid Cash Security Pin Number, add a quick note if necessary, and press SEND; you are all done

2. Enter the AMOUNT you want to pay, then Enter your Liquid Cash SECURITY PIN NUMBER and add a quick NOTE if necessary
3. Click the GENERATE CODE button, select how you want to send; SMS, EMAIL or simply SCAN QR CODE; you are all done. (To Send via QR Scan simply allow the recipient to scan the QR Code that was generated by your device)

2. Enter the Liquid Cash Code Number, add a quick note if necessary
3. Press the Redeem Code button, you are all done. (To Redeem via QR Scan simply click the Scan Code button then proceed by scanning the other person’s code)

1. Login and click the Transfer LC Transfer Out button
2. Click Transfer out to Card
3. Select the Card you want to Transfer to
4. Enter Amount, then Enter your LC Security Pin
5. Click the Withdraw button, you all done

Liquid Cash does not charge a fee to send.

Liquid Cash charges a $0.25 fee to receive

If you are a Liquid Cash member simply follow this steps:

1. Click the Redeem LC button
2. Enter the Liquid Cash Code Number, add a quick note if necessary
3. Press the Redeem Code button, you are all done. (To Redeem via QR Scan simply click the Scan Code button then proceed by scanning the other person’s code)

If you have not yet created a Liquid Cash account, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the App Store and Download the Liquid Cash App on your iOS, Android, Windows and Linux devices
2. Once Download is complete, create your account
3. Confirm your email, then login and you are all set

You can only cancel a Liquid Cash payment if the recipient hasn’t redeemed it yet. If the payment is not redeemed by the recipient, all you need to do is redeem it back into your account and the Liquid Cash credit will be added back to you minus the recipient fee.

If your recipient has already redeemed the Liquid Cash Code, the transaction cannot be canceled.
